The IWSA is made up of 34 individual Privately owned washroom businesses offering national coverage.  Through a shared commitment to excellence, IWSA members effectively unite to deliver national contracts that meet and exceed client expectations.

Vicki Allen is the director of B Hygienic ltd based in Staffordshire, – she is a passionate IWSA committee member and has worked in the washroom industry for 40 years and knows that this service should be flexible, reliable, and seamless.

In 2019 B Hygienic ltd had established a relationship with a large client who were using an alternative supplier on the high street, their service was spasmodic and unreliable, and they trusted us enough to give us their business.

Due to the magnitude of the contract and the need for a nationwide service for the large retailer, it was the perfect opportunity for the IWSA to be seamlessly integrated.

They have 1 point of contact for 136 sites; however, the sites have 7 companies involved in the service.

This also means that waste does not have to be transported all over the country as operatives will be working out of their local depots. Environmental impact is reduced due to journey times between site and depot of the companies.

All staff members are DBS approved.

The IWSA’s collaborative network plays a crucial role in delivering a high-quality and attentive service. The organisations involved understand the value of customer connections and as a result, each region benefits from proactive teams as well as quick and easy access to senior-level management at any time.

In contrast to a national provider, IWSA members are intimately familiar with the unique requirements and preferences of their respective regions, ensuring a tailored approach to each store. This level of customisation is a key differentiator, providing a solution that is not only effective but also reflective of the individual needs of each store.

As a result, the retailer has experienced a significant improvement in service quality, reliability and a more personalised approach to their hygiene needs across its stores.
