At City Healthcare Direct, we believe that supporting our communities goes beyond the services we deliver day to day. It’s about recognising meaningful initiatives and doing what we can to make a positive difference.
Recently, one of our service operatives had the opportunity to deliver sanitary products to the H.E.R Circle initiative, a peer-led support group in Derbyshire for women living with a range of gynaecological health conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, and more.
H.E.R Circle is creating a safe, non-judgemental space where women can share experiences, have honest conversations, and feel empowered through peer-led support. It’s a fantastic and much-needed project, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping it get off the ground.
We were delighted to contribute sanitary products towards the gift bags for their first meeting, helping to ensure attendees feel supported and cared for from the outset. Initiatives like this highlight the importance of community, compassion, and practical support.
This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to be involved in such an inspiring initiative that is making a real difference to women’s lives.
