What is the Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

The Net Promoter Score is widely used across the industry and acts as a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of Pure Washrooms’ client relationships. The score ranges from -100 to +100 and an NPS that is positive (e.g. higher than 0) is considered to be good but anything that ranges above 50+ is considered to be outstanding, something we pride ourselves on delivering.

How is it calculated?

We work very closely with our clients ensuring you receive one engineer who will work with you and get to know your business. After every service we request feedback by asking one simple question, “How likely is it that you would recommend our service?” this is calculated by a number between 0 and 10. Overall the score from each client is calculated to give our overall, total percentage and thus delivering our Net Promoter Score.
